Thiago showed a very positive approach towards our case. We had a very complex situation, which appeared to be impossible when we met some few immigration advisors. They implied we had to be prepared to live apart for a good while. After three years we got to a point where we lost all our hopes, but when we first spoke to Thiago, his attitude was always positive, optimistic and confident. We could notice that he knows a lot about both British and European immigration laws so he strongly pursued our rights despite everything that was said by previous lawyers. The home office took nine months to decide, but finally we’ve got the visa, ending a nearly three years agony. My wife, myself and my little son are absolutely happy with the outcome of everything and we strongly recommend Thiago. It is really impressive the quality of his work. He is always prompt to answer your questions throughout the process. There is not such a thing as to talk with third parties, but only with himself. He is very organised, strict with the paperwork, leaving no gaps, which leads to nothing different than a successful outcome. Thank you very much Thiago, your excellent work gave our life back. We are absolutely happy, enjoying our freedom and living as a family again.

I would like to leave here my words of appreciation and my recommendations, for the amazing job Thiago has done on my case.
Thiago was the third solicitor I’d consulted, unfortunately. The first one, after having charged exorbitant amount fees for each consultation or e-mail exchanged between us, had advised me to leave the country. She informed me that, after having consulted her senior colleague at the Immigration office where she was based, both had decided that my case was impossible. Felling rather disheartened by it, I decided to consult a legal aid, also a specialist in immigration matters which was another disaster. The office’s Principal would hand in the work to her trainees who lacked in experience, and would make one mistake after another. In addition, the communication was often done in an authoritarian and disrespectful manner, by the Principal herself. After three months “working” on my case, they realized that they had miscalculated my earnings; therefore I was not eligible for legal aid.
I am describing those experiences just to oppose to the work offered by Thiago, really, which was from beginning to end neat, clear, practical, affordable, complaisant and effective. Thiago’s approach to my case did not resemble at all to the ones described above. He conveyed to me the security that he knew what he was talking about, so I felt in safe hands. And mostly important, he listened to what I needed.
That is the kind of treatment and professionalism, I believe, we clients deserve. My application for Indefinite Leave to Remain was successful, but even if the outcome had been a different one, I would still have recommended his work.

Conheci  o thiagocrespo  por recomendação  de uma amiga minha que falava super bem  dos seus serviços  então liguei  para ele no começo foi um pouco  difícil  porque  o meu  esposo e de uma cidade muito  pequena então  tudos os papeis que fazia para eles não estavao bem ele foi muito  profissional  ligou para lá aí as coisas começam  a andar casamos os papeis  chegarão em Janeiro  6mese e ele já está legal cá tenho muito  a agradecer  ao thiago  pelo seu trabalho .
